I have a 2006 HR Ambassador, same RV and same engine the Cummins 330 ISC, one oil filter, the filter is a 2 stage, maybe thats what they meant?
It hold about 2 quarts of oil so make sure they fill...

I put the same V-Master clutch fan on my 2006 HR Ambassador. That's one way Monaco cut corners on their read radiator RV's.
The charge air cooler is mounted above the radiator and helps cool the air...

I can say they helped me in the past with some repairs that the dealer, North Trail RV, screwed up.
