W-22 Starting problem

When I try to start the RV, I get dash lights, turn key and then nothing. Now if I hold the battery boost it fires right up. Checked the coach battery is fully charged. Where to start?

The problem was the genset was cross wired at the ATS. Switch L1 and L2 around and all is good. Thanks for all the advice and good info. :dance::dance:
