Duvac to Delco update

I learned that the four fuse bar in our box is the ground in the system.

02 Executive Delco 28si replacement

Hi,

Our DUVAC alternator failed and we have installed a Delco 28si, and ML-ACR.
Removed the Big Solenoid, Isolator, and Maintainer.

Having trouble making the connections in the correct place....

Our 2002 Executive has started to coat a our tow car with a fine film of hydraulic fluid after being driven more than 50 miles.
We had fluid changed along with filter within the previous 1500 miles....

Glad that they escaped unharmed. Our rig is equipped with an automatic fire extinguisher in the engine compartment. It provides some piece of mind. It isn’t halon but is a multi fire unit.

The metal cover over the control t/stats has no relay attachment. Neither is there a relay inside the ac wire connections on the top of the a/ hot box.
I’ll dig some more after the wet weather...

On page 77 they don’t show the user switch to turn the unit on/ off. I think the relay is remotely located...

The certified a/ hot tech says there is a relay.
I’ve found there is more to the story.
The ac supply doesn’t seem to touch the four t/stats.
I’ll dig some more.
