If it dosen't crank[starter turning motor]the neutral safety switch is in the transmission control module.Make sure the gear shift pad is lit up,wont hurt to take it out of n and put it back.

It has a fuel pump relay,you found the inertia switch.The pump needs 12 volts,you may have dead battery,or bad or corroded conections.The switch should be same as a pickup or van.
