Have you tried running the A/C with the temp control on hot instead of cold to see if the heater core was installed backward? I seem to remember that being an issue.

I had the same setup in my old Expedition 38F. When we sold it, it worked fine but when the new owner got home it was not working like yours. I believe he said it was a ground wire.

I was using the Blue Ox tow bars and Patriot system on my 2015 Rubicon. Works very nice. I just traded the Rubicon for a RAM 4X4 1500 and I'm using the same system there as well...also no issues.
