Does your Bounder 38N have this same reservoir tank in the rear by the radiator? The label on the tank say hydraulic fluid only but it sounds like it is for power steering.

I've solved the problem.
It was the 5 amp glass fuse in the outside refer compartment on the control board.
The auto blade type fuse was OK.
Replaced the fuse and everything works fine.
