55+ rv resorts have a bit of a gap, I think to be called a 55+ resort 80% have to be 55 or over and usually only one person. Would call t he resort your interested and check the requirements.

Ours burns about 1/2 gal. per hour. Filled tank one time drove 9 miles, ran the generator for 54 hours with 2 air conditioners running then filled tank again. It took 25 gallons.
