Could be an orifice in the regulator clogged up from being not used. Disconnect the line to the MH after the reg. If its going past the reg, then look for a shut off valve in the system.

If they have the correct drive shaft installed, then I would go towards the transmission torque converter. I had one doing something but it was from 2nd to 3rd shift. Dealer changed under warranty.

I'm not a Silver Eagle owner, but I recommend taking a little longer then a year to see all 48. You will miss a lot if you only do it in 12. Take your time and enjoy it.
