Problem Solved

Thanks to all who responded.
Fixed the issue .....found out it was a bad relay.
Replaced relay and the AC works fine.

My unit may sit for months without any shore power and the Solar Panel keeps my batteries...

Outside temp was 80 - 85 deg F.
Cool air from AC was ~40 deg F.

I will definitely keep an 'eye' on this.
