I took mine to the stereo shop... there was some little metal tools in the owners package...

also if all you want to do is get to the back, the plastic above the speedo comes right off

being specific... if you have a 2014 excursion... it's on a freightliner 26gvw chassis... that's all that's available..

returns.....lets just keep arguing about the wrong shock...
