I use the Motorcraft Oil and Motorcraft filter specified in the manual - and I pay about $27 for 6 quarts of oil and filter!

Removed the front bumpstops and replaced them...

Removed the front bumpstops and replaced them with SumoSprings (SSF-186-40). May go out for a test drive / regular exercise run tomorrow.
