Help Please! Only getting 40 gal. from 100 gal. tank

I had similar issue in a 1994.. It was a crack...
I had similar issue in a 1994.. It was a crack in the tube where a spot weld held a bracket for pump... As soon as fuel got low to that point it would run like crap/cut out.. then after it got worse...
