One motor turns two screws, there has to be a connection somewhere for each screw, find those connections and you should see the problem. Without seeing it it's almost impossible to diagnose it but...

Does it have one motor that runs both screws??
If not check power to dead one. If it has one motor then you have to check the drive that turns the screw.
