I just spoke with our tech guy and both of these issues are being addressed. They must go through Apple with these , so it will take a little time to see results.

The app had to be updated to 64 bits otherwise Apple would soon not support those that were 32 bits. We use a third party ( Tapatalk ) that supplies apps to hundreds of companies and a such have...

Yes the app was updated. It's now in line with Apples 64 bit requirement and some of the other changes ( some good and some not so much :( )

The app like all apps unfortunately have some limitations. Personally , i subscribe to the forums I follow and get instant email notifications.
