Update

Finally found the problem with the help of my smart friend, actually he found it.
Had a bad connection on one of the relays, cleaned it up & all is well.

That bundle isn't anywhere near the switch, contacts on the switch are clean, I've had it out to check it out. There is a connection somewhere that's either loose or corroded though.
