Went to pull the headlight switch tonight, and heard a vague "pop" somewhere under the dash. My hearing isn't the best, so I couldn't tell where it came from.

So we tried turning off the toilet valve, which is separate on the 99 Diplomat. As soon as we did, the gushing water stopped and the system pressurized.
