With the Motor Home you also have to add the cost of a toad. You cant do much without a toad and also add the cost of maintenance of 2 drive trains. With the fifth wheel you only have 1 drivetrain.

Bridge info on the Internet says you can have propane tanks but they must be turned off. There is also some restrictions on the size of the tanks . They will be checked at the toll booth.

Look up Campfire Lodgings . Very small campgrounds but it sits on top of mountain that overlooks the Broad River just outside Ashville, NC . Nice sites ,good WiFi. I've been there and recommend it.
