You already changed a fuel filter, check along the frame rails for second one. My '76 360 had two, one on the frame rail and one up neat the carb. The frame rail one became plugged on the way back...

The crack was located under where the upper part...

The crack was located under where the upper part of the suspension was attached. When you turned the wheels the crack would get wider or more narrow going left or right.
