I have the same towbar and it was tight as you are experiencing when new. Over time it's still tight but has become much easier to release. Keeping it lubricated makes a huge difference.

I have a 2002 Coachmen Mirada and tank sizes are:

Fuel: 75 gal
LP: 85 gal
Freshwater: 95 gal
Grey Water: 45 gal
Black Water: 35 gal

Only one that has been insufficient is the grey water...
