Good shops in So. Cal--Rubber roof and Popped Windshield

My old Bounder (1997) is showing its age.

Anyone have recommendations for:
Getting the Windshield popped back in or re-sealed, it just sprung out at the top and bottom corners of the passenger...

Trouble-Older Fleetwood with Power Gear Jacks

I have a 1997 Bounder (Ford Chassis) with PowerGear manual levelers (OEM)

The pump runs, but the Driver's Side Rear Jack does not extend.
Everything else works fine.

Power Gear manual says...
