Had this happen on our 2009 excursion, our wouldn't retract. Found a post on this forum saying to check the fluid in the pump canister. It was low, I added more fluid and then the system worked.

DW loves ours. Load size is smaller than stand alone and the gray tank fills up quicker when the unit is in use, but it allows us to travel with fewer clothes.

Glue for slide out seal???

A small piece of the soft rubber seal that helps seal the slide out to the body of the motorhome began to come loose. It is still in good shape, but I need to adhere it back to the lip of the slide...
