from my experience and reading on the different forums a lot of dealers will not service coaches they did not sell and if they do you might wait a good while to get the work done. look at it this way...

go for the heated floors, it is an expensive option but well worth it. once you have a coach with heated floors you won't ever buy one w/o them.

you can have the colors changed to any colors they use but you have to keep the same swirl design. we had it done and cost was $2900. We also had the slide ends painted to the tune of $2000.
