They sell wheel centering sleeves that will probably fix your "imbalance" . Early F53's had a known issue with sloppy wheel to hub fit, it only has to be off a few thousandths to make a difference....

The fuel pump power is provided by the Fuel Pump Relay, to the Inertia Switch, then on to the pump.

PCM relay feeds power to fuel pump relay and injectors (plus other things)

On the MH I've never gone over 4000 miles before oil change, it might use 1 1/2 qts in that amount of time (used a couple of qts when I tried 5w-20)
