I had a 2007 Class A. I extended the fill tube out so I could reach it easier. I put a piece of like sized tubing in between with two rubber hub less connectors bought at home Depot.

I got adapters for the D ring mounts that fit my tow bar. Use a reversed drop hitch to tow level. Depending on the tow bar they may provide adapters. Some bumper manufactures also have them.
