My 99 F53 has a fuse box with the lighter fuse in it on top of the dash directly in front of the steering wheel. My blew when the lighter assembly came loose and shorted out.

No motorhome regardless of weight needs a CDL licence to operate unless it is for hire. The most you may need is a non commercial A because of weight.

I just did mine, removed a Splendide 2000 and installed a Splendide 2100. The only thing I had to do was to remove the bathroom pocket door it made it through entry door with no problem.

Mine did the same thing, all I did was to go up top and removed a large hex cap cover and sprayed silicone lube and had someone crank while being sprayed. All is good.

All that I did on a friend's was to pull the connection apart and check for any corrosion, if none take a heat gun and dry it out and coat with dielectric grease, you could seal with electrical tape....
