Sounds like the donut gasket is gone! You need to get it fixed or the exhaust valves can be burnt. Any truck repair repair shop can do it in 1 hour. I know had the same issue.

Check and see if the red light is on on the black...

Check and see if the red light is on on the black overheat switch, if it not on then you need to reset it! Get a Heavy duty magnet and hold it against it till you hear a click!
