If you run a lot of miles on your coach a year oil bath is the way to go if your coach sits a lot grease packed are better for the bearings.

Yes second cap is the one on timing cover lost mine last weekend ordered one if it is right I will let you know. If you down load the Cummins app you can lock up part numbers

Thank you everyone for your input on the alternator. In the long run mine was not worth rebuilding and I ended up with the delco 28is and so far with a 1000 miles on it it’s working well.

Thank you to everyone that helped me with alternator issues. In the end my leece wasn’t worth rebuilding so I’m taking my chances with the delco 28is. A thousand miles on it and it’s still working.
