Don’t know of any push on air line that’s not DOT approved it only has to hold 150 psi at max. It is not PEX that’s for water. Any truck shop will have it in various sizes

No need to change the hoses they have a lifetime heat cycle that is way over a million miles. Just keep inspecting them for soft spots. Change when and if you change the radiator
