Flex seal is garbage. You can use some epoxy and it will likely hold. If you only want to fix it once welding is the way to go. Google repairing abs tanks. Skip the videos using tape, epoxy etc.

I do not tolerate noise well, lacking space for a mini split I modded a window AC to a roof air. The short curved duct makes a big difference. Have not used it long so cannot call it a success yet.
