R Vision I looked at Today

Looked at this R vision today. What a nice coach.......inside

Read the listing closely

https://harrisburg.craigslist.org/rv...341314920.html

While it was a very nice coach, inside,....the wear and tear must included hitting a deer or something. The front had been smashed and very poorly repaired. Looks like the puttied it up with a trowel.
After I drove 2 hours and grab 15 K in CA$H to buy it, the guy says "I wont bullshit ya ,its an R title "
The awnings were rotten, it had a rubber roof, a smashed front ,that wasnt in the pictures BTW, and an R title.
I would have offered 10 for it , even with the R title, if it did not have a rubber roof, and a butchered up mess of a front end.

You gotta laugh.... has a few minor blemishes from years of use....

People just kill me ....

What a waste of time. I’d repot him to Craig’s List. He’s stretching the “clean” title designation in my opinion.

Indeed he did stretch the "clean" title description.
Also it had a few problems, that he knew about ,like the park brake, that he fudged on until we showed up.
I was turned off by the deception, but also the rubber roof.It looked OK, but it was a rubber roof.
Havent heard many good things about them.
I was able to pick (lift) the membrane up off from the roof structure somewhat. I can imagine that thing sailing down the road.

A well cared for rubber roof will last 20 years, so it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me. It does require regular inspections and maintenance, but that isn’t too much different than a fiberglass roof.
