Calling all Grand Design Owners
I just purchase a 2021 380FL-R went back 5th wheel from MH after 10 years and all I can say is WOW!!! Anyone have this model? Sadly I can only use it at home for now. Trucks are crazy. I ordered a new 2022 F350 6.7 dually yesterday.
Come join me in this thread and we can learn from each other.

Just picked up our Solitude S-Class 3550BH last Friday. Had a smaller Grand Design travel trailer previously. Loving the new trailer

Thatis a beautiful unit, I am looking at this model myself. Selling our house and then, hopefully, going full time for a year or more while we figure out “what’s next” for us. Best wishes to you!

Congratulations!
We purchased a 2021 303RLS two months ago and love it. I just finished putting Solar, Battle Born Lithium Batteries, and a Go Power IC 2000 inverter on it. There is a Facebook Group for Grand Design Owners that contains a lot of useful information.

I took delivery of a 2021 GD 320G a couple of months ago. I have the upgraded 8K lb axles on it, with the disc brakes, which because it was done by the factory on the production line, also upped the GVW of the trailer from 16,800 lbs to 18,000 lbs.

Congratulations. We have a 2020 GD 375 and love it. Our neighbours in our campground have a new 380 and it looks amazing. Interesting point, there's is a 2021 as well but it is still beige. Our neighbours on the other side of us have a 2021 GD 375, FB. I gotta say, it looks awesome!

We have close friends that had a Big Horn 40'. After seeing my SIL's Grand Designs 230RL, they traded in on a 32' Grand Designs. Much better quality.

I just got word that my 2022 F350 DRW should be shipped to me in next month.
Unfortunately I have discovered a few issues with my Solitude.
1- broke USB port in bedroom
2-missing gutter spout. I think dealer forgot to install back after slide topper was installed.
3-Front AC sounds like compressor comes on about every 15 minutes while off. Done this soon as I got home. I tried to reset the breaker , nothing has worked.
4-Can't get Fridge to run on the inverter.
I will get these address once my 5th slide topper comes in and my Onan propane generator I added at the dealer. This is back ordered 4-6 months.
