1998 H R Vacationer Broucher?

Looking to purchase a 1998 H R Vacationer, Tag, M-36wgs Ford 7.5 Gas w/ 40k miles. NADA $12k - $15K

Seller states:
"Owned for 10 yrs but was in outdoor storage for the last 3+ yrs, covered half the time. Started the Engine & Generator every month."

Not much info as far as maintenance, & vague Answers.
Needs Tires & all Fluids / Filters, fogged windows, etc.

Have not had it inspected yet, just trying to determine the value as it sits and go from there.
Trying to research but can't much info 1998 Vacationer Broucher?

Any comments would be appreciated.

I would hire a certified RV Inspector to give it a thorough going-over. I think it will be the best money you can spend!
