1984 Holiday Rambler MH

Working on a 1984 Holiday Rambler MH. There is just 1 plug on the kitchen wall and I cannot get any power to it. The coffee pot and the microwave both plug in above this plug and work. There is also another plug up there but it is marked generator power. Is there any chance this plug on the counter runs only off the generator? Looks like it just be a regular plug in case you wanted to use an electric skillet are something else. Thanks Ronnnie

The answer is yes...the gen powers the microwave outlet and the living room airconditioner....

Plug power

Thanks for the reply, this plug is on the kitchen wall about 6” up the counter top. The microwave and coffee pot plug into a different plug up inside the cabinet. The microwave and front ac do work of the 110 are the generator depending how you have it hooked up. I just don’t understand why this lower plug is not hot for using appliances on when plugged in since this is the only plug on the kitchen wall. Gonna look at it some more morning. The plug in the upper cabinet and the one under the sink are both hot when it is plugged up.

The lower outlets are all hot when plugged into shorepower, you might want to pull the outlet and look at the connection. The connections are not hard wired/screwed in..merely a crimp type of lock/connection.

I would look for a tripped GFI check in the bathroom around the sink
