Leaking coolant tank 2000 Rexhall Anthem

2000 Rexhall Anthem k1 chassis rear radiator.
Noticed a drip of coolant that seems to be coming from the bottom side of the tank.
This tank is welded in place and sitting on some foil surfaced chip board that is saturated. see pics, and the dripping coolant falls on to the exhaust, so this is a fire hazard.
The hoses are all dry so the leak must be on the under side of the tank.
Any body had this problem before? I am thinking that the only way to repair is cut the tank out , repair and reweld.
Suggestions on how to repair appreciated There are two hose connections on the rear of the tank not shown in the pics. I can feel them with my hand and they are dry. I think that these go to the intercooler or trans.

Because the tank has a pressure cap ; it's considered a surge tank not an overflow tank .
Hoses to the rear of the tank are probably vent lines to avoid air locks in the cooling system.

Coolant leak is not a fire hazard ; UNLESS ;due to major coolant loss , causes the engine to severely overheat , then all bets are off.

Could the leak be from the coolant overheating and pushing out the overflow? That small radiator appears quite dirty

Coolant will burn.
Had a friend loose his car when hose ruptured and coolant caught on fire hitting hot exhaust.
The small radiator is, I believe, the ac condenser.
Something That I just discovered, There is a plastic coolant overflow bottle that is connected and the coolant level never varies. I should rise when hot and fall when the coolant cools. this indicates a leak. you can see the top of the white overflow bottle in pic #1 below the tank.
This unit sat under cover for 6 years until I bought it 2 months ago so gradually cleaning and repairing stuff.
thanks for your comments

up date on the cooant leak.
a mobile welder cut out the tank pressure tested it and found no leak.
found the leak on a corroded 90 el connection at the rear of the tank.
the leak woud drop down without wetting either the tank or the hose.
had a new hose made at hydrau hose shop. weder replaced the tank with a fabricatedbolt on mount. probem sove.
