Questions about new Jayco Whitehawk roof and floor

Apologized for the long post I bought a 2022 whitehawk 32BH bumper pull in may 2022 (NOT VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY CONTROL) 1) how much movement would be normal in the roof when walking and crawling on it to clean and service, I find if weight is over centerline or a truss minimal movement. towards the edges and between trusses roof can move easily 1/4 inch to almost 1/2 an inch. I was told that Jayco have a stronger roof than some other brands. 2) the floor in a line across the trailer mid living area has some movement and on a irregular schedule when walking on it you can feel and hear movement in the floor (just the one area rest okay) 3) the rear axle suspension spring hangers on one side bent seriously out of line wearing off the one side of the tire very quickly I paid to have it fixed in Miami when it happened and the trailer company service people said its related to sharp turns into back in sites and in parking lots and recommended I eventually get a brace across the width of the trailer from one hanger to the other after having alignment checked. Many other issues my first list to the service after buying had 13 items on the list and service response less than stellar these though are my major structural concerns. note we have gone in excess to 8000 kilometers in 2 long trips and enjoy the looks and floor plan. feed back please hope your new year is a positive one

Have you contacted JAYCO directly?

Issues with roof/floor are FACTORY issues that JAYCO needs to address vs a Dealership
