Considering an '08 Jayco Melbourne

This 08 Melbourne has 75K miles, 2 slides. Can anyone comment on the build quality of this unit in general? Also if you own one, how do you like the long table in front of the couch as your dining table? Are you happy with the power of it in regards to towing a 4down 4000# toad?
