Well lots of diagnosing head scratching and noisey riides but a few second repair.I hope this helps somone else.I found that the tank for the jack fluid that i was checking was full and i noticed a small schematic on the tank that showed the float level and for those that dont know it has wires coming out of a plastic nut.The centre was not at the right oriientatiion so i adjusted it and bobs your uncle.Noise gone.

What you heard was "Jacks Down" alarm when you put the trans in gear.
That's why I was asking about the jacks in my previous post.

Found the problem with the levelers it is the motor.Looking for a replacement and all i can find is the one with a keyway slot to connect to the pump.Mine has a splined shaft and the ones i see have not.The part number for the system is 500722 and even that bring up the motor with the slot .

When my parking brake switch went bad and the buzzer stayed on while driving, I found and pulled a fuse temporarily that eliminated the beeping until I could get the switch replaced. I think the fuse was labeled "parking bell" if I recall correctly.

Maybe you can find a place to repair the motor. Hopefully the armature won't need to be rewound.

There is a check valve right after the air dryer that can get some carbon buildup on it and leak slightly.
That air will leak out the purge valve on the bottom of the dryer.
