2005 holiday rambler navigator aqua hot hose diagram

Hi guys purchased a 2005 holiday rambler navigator the aqua hot was already disconnected needed to be rebuilt got the tank replaced and reassembled the unit just need to try and figure out where the hoses should be attached. I’m talking about the six that come off of the top of the unit for the boiler fluid circulation the rest of the hoses are pretty self-explanatory. I know I’ve got three leaving and three coming in just not sure which side they should be on or if anyone can tell me which loop goes to which heater.

You could clean out a shop vac suck out each hose to figure out and match up each with zone. Still have to figure out supply and return of each. Maybe hoses are cut to length or bent differently may give clues. You may have to pull hoses from AH radiators to help identify supply from return.
There's most likely an engine loop as well. Good luck you got this .

Welcome to the forum.
Wow, a 2005 Navigator is a great coach. Glad you are putting it right.

Carl is an incredible craftsman and completely rebuilt the Aqua Hot on his 2006 Signature.
He includes lots of pictures that may be helpful. Post #33 on the third page has a picture with it reinstalled and connected.

Here are two great Aqua Hot resources. Both John Carrillo and Roger Berke know these systems well. Roger has links to download the original manuals.
