We moved up from a 8ft mini PU slide-in to our current 1986 29.5' Monitor which is more or less a Holiday Rambler in disguise. It is nothing fancy by any measure but is very functional. Got it for a song but did have to do a significant amount of welding to the frame crossmembers. I guess this is somewhat expected on an older TT.

We all love the TT - especially the kids!

Like most we started with a tent trailer when we were first married but actually never did any camping with the kids, which was too bad. When 1st retired we bought a well used 21' 5'er which we used for 4 years or so and did quite a bit of travelling. Today we have the new TT in sig and although our trips this year will be limited, next year we hope to go to Newfoundland.

First tow was a Camel tent trailer with my 1972 Ford Gran Torino - back in 1972-73.

Today, I pull a Keystone Laredo 31' Bunkhouse model 5th wheel with a Dodge 2500 Cummins equipped truck.
