SOLD! ($800.00) None Fair
Description:

DRY INSIDE.  SEE YOUTUBE LINKS BELOW.

the inside ceiling has damage from a leak that’s apparently been fixed.

Looks like a good restoration project for someone with a weight distribution hitch or a heavy duty truck.  I’ve pulled it several times with my Honda Ridgeline, and the axles seem fine.  I haven’t tested the brakes though.  The 7-pin plug needs to be replaced.  I bought one and will probably install it before I move the trailer again.  So I can test the brakes.  The parking, stop, and turn signal lights work, as do the electric lights.  Not all sockets have been tested, and several exterior lights are missing lenses.

Clear clean Maryland Title in hand.

Fridge doors are gone. Lights work.  Screen door broken.  Heat, plumbing, AC all untested.  Interior lights do work when plugged in from the outside.  No propane tanks, just the cover.   No key.  The post to put the tongue on the ground apparently used to have a motor.  It’s gone.  So I have to put a vice grip on what’s left and twist by hand. ( A floor jack and cinder blocks  is another nice option.)

Here are four videos I took:

Please feel free to comment. I thought I neededhis for car part storage for my hobby / side-hustle, but have since obtained new storage.
