Not too big and not too small. Easy to drive and maintain. Have pink slip and currently registered. Runs and looks great.

Sleeps 4 (2 in rear bed and 2 dining conversion), has shower, toilet, good size refrigerator with freezer (runs on gas and electric), four burner stove and oven, dual stainlessFlip Vertical steel sink. Lots of storage, closets and fun. Has 12' awning. Sony sound system. Has new start battery plus 2 house batteries for remote camping. Driven to San Diego and back with no problems.

Front suspension coils upgraded with beefy new heavy duty 5K pounds each load coils
Rear suspension upgraded air bags
New front windshields
Roof sealed with 10 year liquid rubber two years ago (no leaks whatsoever)
Roof vents (three), shower skylight replaced including lid housings.
Roof AC replaced with new Dometic Brisk II Air 13,500  BTU Rooftop NonDucted AC with EasyStart solid state start controller.
All lighting exterior and interior converted to LED lighting.
Coach exterior repainted with industrial paint lower 25% UPOL Raptor Custom tinted bed liner
4 Channel hardwired backup camera system with continous display
New curtains and wooden valance installed.
Extend-A-Stay propane gas valve installed (refill propane tanks without having to break camp and hookup BBQ) includes two 10 gal propane tanks in addition to 20 gal house tank

Replaced water pump and city water inlet.
Installed easy storage exterior waste disposal hose compartment.
New power management charge controller.
Upgraded Head Lights to super bright LEDs

Note: Has a couple of minor dents in the rear, woops low speed parking errors.

Tow Vehicle: 2004 Honda CRV EX 106K miles. Runs great and has complete Roadmaster towing package installed; includes emrgency breakaway, mechanical braking cable and custom turn signal lighting in stock lens housings (nothing to put on or take off; just hitch up and go). Make sure its in neutral of course. Oil and transmission fluid changed. Heat is hot and AC is cold. Four new tires at 103K miles. Have pink slip in hand and currently registered.
