Newmar 1994 Kountry Aire KA 34 CBD.
$17500 or near offer.
This class A is not new, and it will not cost you an arm and a leg.
A low cost option to experience motor home living and travel.

This is a solid Newmar, driven 61500 miles. 34 feet long, sleeps up to six. Chevrolet 8.1 gas engine and auto transmission. I purchased it from the second owner in May of this year. Always stored under heated cover, (in Missouri) when not being used. I have driven it about 5500 miles, mostly proceeding at a leisurely schedule and following closely along the Lewis & Clark trail from St Louis to Astoria.
I want to downsize to a smaller Class A, Class C, or Campervan - my wife does not want to RV anymore.

Some features include:
Two rooftop A/Cs, with separate cooling/heating for the rear bedroom and the living area.
A two-door, two-way fridge.  Lots of under counter and overhead cupboards and drawers.
One slide out which creates a large living and dining area.
A walk around queen size bed in the rear bedroom.
Lots of wardrobes, and drawers, cupboards for clothing and supplies inside, including under the assisted lift up bed. Mirrors and a shelf for a bedroom TV.
One large awning, and others for the dining/living area and on both bedroom windows.
Day and night shades. Privacy curtain. Fantastic fan with thermostat.
Bathroom with shower and tub. Porcelain toilet and one of those bum squirter thingies, lots of storage.
7000 watts onboard generator used less than 600 hours. Starts up readily and uses gas from the chassis tank. It can power both air conditioners, the microwave and other items at the same time. Starters on dash and at the generator.
New chassis battery in July, and two new deep cycle coach batteries, new water pump, new invertor/charger, new automatic steps, new shower head in August and September.
External features include lots of storage, a large on-board propane tank, and rear ladder.
Tag axle helps improve the ride and provides additional braking.
Four hydraulic operated supports for front to back and side to side levelling.

Recent professional service and check of the systems to ensure proper functioning.
Oil changed, transmission fluids replaced, and brake hydraulic fluid replaced. All brakes redone. Front airbags removed and replaced with coil springs. Front alignment done. Two bushings replaced.
Roof was inspected and was found to be OK. No evidence of water leaks. No pets and no smokers have lived in the motor home.
Next service due about 64,500 miles.
Manuals for all the coach and subsystems - and some tools - will be included.

We took one long trip from May to July, and then some shorter trips in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. The motor home is registered and insured in South Dakota and is presently located in Northern California. Available now, and if not transferred soon, it will be stored over winter until the spring of 2022.
It is clean and in good condition inside and out – with a few minor, mostly inherited, scars from its 26 years of use.  Any inspection is welcome. I have clear title.

There are few comparisons available to help determine a fair price for this classic from one of the best manufacturers in the USA.  I will consider all reasonable offers.

A Ready Brute 2 towing/braking system, six months old, is available at additional cost. Also, a six-month-old Blue Ox baseplate to fit a 2006 Honda CRV, and a hitch height adjuster to make the tow bar level.
