For sale is a converted 1999 Volvo VLN Cummins semi tractor. This truck has a newer custom 12 foot bed with adjustable 5th wheel hitch. It also has a Goose-neck ball and 2 inch receiver. The custom bed has 4 tool boxes covered with aluminum diamond plate. The engine is the strong ISM Cummins. It has near 638,000 miles. It leaks no oil and burns very, very little as the miles are added. I had the unit gone over last year getting ready for another year as a full time RVer. In that service small things were addressed to bring unit to my standard. Very little was tweeked. Two years ago I replaced steer tirew with new Toyo 22.5. Rear tires are not recaps and have very low mileage. Two years ago I had the small chips on the hood repaired and repainted. It has the 10 sped manual transmision. I pulled a 40 foot tri-axle Newmar toy hauler filled with toys. I also hauled a Smart Car as a grocery getter on the bed of the truck. I have been full time RVing for past years. This truck has proven itself as a solid mule always providing the power to take on all our wonderful mountains and the dual engine brake has proven a real peace maker as our 40,000 lbs lumbered down the long winding declines.
