This is an ideal coach for a couple. It has a great floorplan, with plenty of windows for light and lots of storage, both inside and out. On the road the coach is short enough to maneuver, but at rest its roomy feeling will surprise you. The couch folds out into a Flexsteel queen-size air mattress, so there’s ample room to host a couple (or a couple grandchildren) on your trips.
Here are some of the improvements and replacements: - Rear ladder (2022) - Stone Vos patio awning (2021) - Stove Vos window awnings (2021) - Frigidaire 10 cubic foot residential refrigerator (2021) - Splendide 2100XC washer-drier (2020) - Kardean luxury vinyl tile flooring in cabin and bedroom (2020) - Shaw carpet on slide and in cockpit (2020) - Bradd and Hall captain’s chairs (2020) - Select Comfort Sleep Number mattress (2020) - Michelin XZE tires (2019) - Stone Vos slide toppers (2017)
Here are repairs for several of the “class” problems for which Monaco products of this era are known: - Repaired paint and clear coat on rear cap (2021 and 2017) - Refastened roof-sidewall joint on passenger side (2020) - Applied Guardian Plates to reduce chances of slide floor rot (2017)
Will this be your first RV? No problem! Included are many of the parts one needs for traveling and camping, such as: - GPSes - Tire Pressure Monitoring System - Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses - Fresh and grey water hoses, water pressure regulator, sewer hoses and fittings - Magne Shade windshield, side window and mirror covers - Patio sunshade, rug and tables - Portable entry step
There's also a stash of spare parts and materials. Manuals, wiring diagrams (including ones showing modifications made), component list, service record and warranty information will be yours, many in electronic form.
One last thing: If you don’t already have a “toad,” you can buy our 2009 Honda Fit Sport. It’s fully equipped for towing four-down, with Roadmaster baseplate and towbar, Demco/SMI Stay-in-Play Duo for braking, and a permanently-installed light system. It has 113,500 miles on the odometer (plus 35,000 miles of towing). The Fit weighs less than 3,000 pounds when empty; it makes a great trailer for "stuff" that won't fit easily in the motorhome (house plants, anyone?). Asking $7,000 when bought with the coach.
