I've owned this coach 3 years and used it to see Oregon. I'm an ASE Certified Master Technician (retired). I bought a park model so I don't need coach anymore. 6 NEW Michelin Xline 14 ply tires (dated 1722). 6 Tire pressure monitor. C9 Cat 400HP, 6 speed Allison tranny, Dynamax Chassis. Independent front suspension, new rear airbags. It has a fresh oil and filter change, fuel, water seperator filter & air filter. Inspected brakes and 80% lining left. Generator full serviced, has 311 hrs. New Dish Traveler automatic antenna & Wally box. CampPro WIFI extender. New receiver Amplifier & DVD player. Rear TV new DVD and Roku. LED lights on the awning. All LED interior lights. LED strip lighting above the inside slide out trim both sides.  Door bell. Flag pole and holder. Stainless BBQ attaches to the side and connects to on board propane. Has full windshield, side window & tire sun shades. Inside has pull down sunshades and block out curtains. I installed a dual receiver hitch so car tow bar and 2 bike rack attach at same time. Has a RoadMaster Falcon towbar and air brake system that goes if you want the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. Car, 15K miles is available. Most motorhome stuff stays. This will be ready to go. Just fill with clothes and groceries. Has full 100 gallon fuel and 31 Gal. propane now. More pictures on request.
