You'll need to purchase the Receiver Package with Welding Plates from the Mfg as that gets welded to the frame of the RV so when you sell a used one such as this, you don't get that portion. That is shown currently at a cost of $650. Everything else you need is included.

I bought this used in 2014 and it was a few years old then so I can only assume the unit was originally sold in 2008 to 2010 time frame. Works great. Has some mild rust in places but all in you would have a lift for roughly $1100 when they run $4200 new.
