This electric step motor was purchased from etrailer.com but I didn't use it as I decided to replace the stair unit (2012 Newmar Bay Star) and it was too late to return it to etrailer.com. So, this is a new motor as I never tried to install it and it has just been in the box.  

Check the pictures carefully and make sure it is the motor you need.  If you search the web using the number on the box (301695), you will find the listing at Lippert and etrailer.com. If you have any questions or need a different picture, just contact me.

Note: The unit I purchased has no "Lippert" markings so I can't verify that etrailer.com purchased this unit from Lippert. A green label on the end of the box has "Maxxair" on it.
